Schmaltz Delicatessen
Schmaltz Delicatessen was founded in 2004 in the Chicago's Western suburbs with the goal of providing an authentic Jewish Deli experience for everyone. Twenty years later, they still embrace their roots from the classic Jewish delis of NYC’s Lower East Side.
They've developed a large menu of premium quality, overstuffed sandwiches, homemade soups, salads and a full-service deli and bakery. Some staples include warm and juicy Corned Beef and Pastrami, Beef Brisket, Lox, and delicious boiled & baked bagels. The new flagship location in Lisle houses an event room, spacious patio and drive-thru.
While believers in old world quality, they are constantly reinventing themselves and working on re-imagining Jewish delis for everyone to enjoy. They take pride in on embracing their motto, “Spreading Deli Goodness Everywhere”.
